How to find your driver.
Once you have collected your luggage, your driver will be waiting outside the arrival hall holding a sign with your name on it. Please identify yourself by showing him a copy of your booking voucher.
In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please dial hotline support services specified in the voucher +2 01211113237 where an English-speaking representative will help you. (If calling from a mobile or landline the international code must be dialed)
There is no need to contact the suppliers to ask/confirm your pick up time for PRIVATE 3 Hours before the flight time transfers unless you wish to change it to a time different than stated on your booking confirmation.

Please ensure that you are at your confirmed pickup point (outside the hotel) at least 10-15 minutes in advance and have your voucher ready to give to the driver.
The supplier cannot accept any responsibility for clients who are not collected on time and subsequently miss their return flight if details of the booking have changed and we have not been advised accordingly.
